Yvan and the 112 Auto Plaza crew were great! They assisted me in getting the car of my dreams! Thank you Angelo for making our buying experience so easy. Angelo went above and beyond to get us into a car on the same day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience, Yvone is a great person to work with he let me look thru every vehicle I wanted to check out and made sure I test drove the ones I really liked until I found the right vehicle to meet all my needs. Yvan was super helpful! I went in looking for a car on a kind of tight timeline and I was able to leave the same day with a 2015 Honda Fit. They took care of the registration and provided actual plates, plus the service center checked out the car to make sure it was in tip-top shape before I took it off the lot.

Everything was great! Michael really did his thing, Evann the consultant did everything he could to find my niece the car she wanted! I have purchased many vehicles & I can honestly say they were the best yet! Honest, professional and funny! I’m a former car person so I really appreciated meeting Michael, he is the real deal and the gentleman with the accent too! They really make you feel at home!! I worked with Carlos and he provided phenomenal, timely and helpful service. I had a recall on my vehicle with a part that was unavailable for years and he prioritized my getting the recall fixed during my service appointment. He also made sure that my service was prompt and that I paid a fair price, with him sharing the best, most sustainable options to keep my vehicle in excellent condition. 12 AP was a listed dealer under my Credit Union, PenFed and was absolutely the best to work with. After shopping and working with many dealers and looking at several cars, we got frustrated with changes to prices, high loan rates and lack of dealer effort to work with us. One dealer even added $11k to the advertised price! Walter at 112 Auto Plaza worked with us to find the best solution for the car we wanted. He offered several options for financing and met with us several times. It was clear that he wanted to help us find what we need as opposed to just selling a car or loan. We loved working with Walter and 112 Auto Plaza, and we highly recommend them!

Purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 yesterday (6/19/2021) and I honestly could not be happier with level of service we were provided. I found this dealer via Capital One’s Auto Navigator site and admit I was hesitant to use a wholesale auto dealer as opposed to a larger name dealer… BUT Walter made our experience a very painless one. From test driving to the actual sale, Walter walked us through the entire process and was transparent about everything (Carfax was listed for each car on the website, as was the disclaimer that the prices listed on the website were the “at cost” prices and final sale price would be negotiated at time of sale). I was pre-approved through Capital One and was fairly adamant about not having my credit run more than once. Walter explained the potential benefit of checking with a credit union just to make sure we were getting the best deal and only when I was comfortable with the decision, he ran it ONE additional time. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and we were able to drive the car home that day! These guys are a DMV certified shop and were so quick about taking care of the paperwork. Huge shout out to their financials guy Mike, too. When it came time to sign the paperwork he went over absolutely everything with us and took the time to make sure we understood it. No surprises! I’m incredibly grateful to the team for making my first car buying experience so easy! As for my new car, so far it’s perfect! Absolutely no funky issues. From what I witnessed while going over the paperwork with Walter, the whole team seemed to be upfront with any potential issues with the vehicles. I would 100% feel confident shopping here in the future.

I had an amazing experience, was getting the run around from another dealer, and by chance I saw an ad on Truecar.com and I contacted them. Walter was very helpful and he worked with me so that I could get the vehicle that I wanted. After visiting today, even though Walter was my rep everyone was so pleasant and had me cracking up especially Al. Ruben was a sweetheart in getting my vehicle prepared for me. All in all an amazing experience and I would recommend them to everyone. Visit them today, I promise that you won't regret it. I visited and drove out with my vehicle.

I contacted 112 Auto Plaza looking specifically for Honda Pilot and the first call I received was from Alexia who greeted me and transfered me directly to Walter. As soon as Walter answered I felt very comfortable as if I had known him for years. Walter is such the gentleman and a very funny guy! We handled most of the business over the phone since I was out of state. Walter told me exactly how to get to his office and me and my kids made the trip via Ferry. As soon as I met Walter face to face it was as if we had been friends forever. He gave my kids the remote for the TV, bought them food, and treated them so nice. Then we met the rest of the staff, Alvin and Ivan. These guys are hilarious and we had a blast. At the end of the day I drove off with a Honda Pilot. Thanks 112 Auto Plaza, you guys rock!

Yvan is the BEST! I originally came here because of all the positive Google reviews and let me tell you .... EVERY REVIEW IS TRUE ! The entire staff is amazing , welcoming and great ! I walked in with the intention to get my husband a truck for Father's Day and within that hour , papers were signed and the car was mine ! I told Yvan the kind of car i was looking for and how much it meant for me to make this moment special for my Husband and he did just that !!!! Trustworthy people !!! My sons and I went to 112 Auto Plaza to look for a second car today. We had looked online first and knew what we wanted. Our salesman Tim was kind an very helpful!!! We were there a while as the car was given an oil change and some extras we did not expect. The staff also very kind to us. Then finance guy Mike also very kind!! We really had a great experience!!! Only thing they were missing was cards to give out to friends and family looking for a second hand car. Thank you 112 Auto Plaza Guys!!!

Walter is the man!! His laid back demeanor and experience in the field made it the easiest car buy I’ve ever had. He didn’t rush me, he didn’t inundate me with info I didn’t need, and most importantly he let me walk around and shop without following me or trying to sell me anything. He let the inventory do the talking and man did it talk to me!! No hesitation to recommend Walter or 112 auto plaza to anyone who asks!! Excellent customer service!!

Went to 112 Autoplaza to just browse for a car, my son just turn 18yrs old and graduated from High School so we wanted to give him a nice gift, a reliable and safe car that will help him with work and college and we found just what we wanted. Smoothest process ever! I hate buying cars. I go in knowing what I want and don't want to be "sold" or have to haggle. Walter at 112 Auto Sales got that. He worked with me and didn't play any games. He know I was under a time constraint and didn't have all day to sit there. He had me in an out! I would recommend them to anyone. They know what they are doing, they are upfront about what they can do, they know the process, and they are hilarious (which helps with the stress of buying a car). I am really glad I went there.

The team at 112 Auto are a definite exception to what is usually though of a used card auto dealership. Entire team were very pleasant and professional. Our guy Walter was amazingly helpful. Since he was aware that this will be our daughter’s first vehicle he spent the much needed time going through the pros & cons of each vehicle we looked at . Walter understood the importance of safety for a new driver, he had the team do the full service/tune up , new sets of tires and fix/update any minor issues. In addition Walter and Paul (servicing) worked on a Bluetooth glitch without hesitation, and offered other future options. It’s a great feeling to know, that if any unexpected issues arise , We can reach out to Walter and he will help us find a solution. Will be back when it’s the next kids turn!

My husband and I just bought a car for our son from 112 Auto Plaza and we just had to come home and express our sincere appreciation and excitement for the phenomenal level of professionalism, patience, and expertise we received from everyone at this business. From the minute we walked onto the premises we were warmly greeted and giving our time to look at the cars. When we had narrowed our selection down, we were assisted with specifics on each car which included Carfax information as well as being given the opportunity to test drive (numerous times) the cars we were comparing. Once we had made our choice, Grace was excellent in preparing the paperwork in an efficient and precise manner. Before we knew it, we were driving our newly purchased car home! Walter went out of his way to make my first time purchasing a car through a dealer a stress-free experience. And The entire team at 112 Auto Plaza is very friendly and helpful. The dealership is set up in such a way that they can provide you with permanent license plates and registration right at the dealership and it’s extremely quick and easy! It makes it a one-stop-shop for purchasing a new car, and it’s hard to argue with the convenience that provides of avoiding long tedious trips to the DMV! First of all before I even say anything about this place I want to give a huge shoutout to my guy Walter. He was nothing but extremely helpful since I first stepped foot in their lot. I went in for their 2014 Audi Q7 that was advertised on CarGurus, the advertised price was different than what the car was actually going for but he wasn't hesitant in coming to an agreement on a deal. For my first time financing a car, the experience and time was great thanks to Walter, everything was nice, easy and fast, they don't push you on making a deal right away or make you feel like you have to. Everyone else at the dealers was very nice also, they also make you feel warmed and welcome, while waiting on the insurance for the car, we were all talking and having a good time, everyone was friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car and I will definitely guide my friends and family to this place. Thank You so much for everything!

I could not have been happier with my recent experience buying a car at 112 Auto Plaza. From my first call to ask about a vehicle, until I drove the car out of the lot, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Yvan in particular was great to work with - he listened to what I was looking for and was knowledgeable and transparent with his answers to my many questions! I appreciated the extra level of service - he picked me up from the LIRR station when the car was ready and called me a couple of weeks after I bought the car to let me know that they had located a spare key for the car. Got a nissian sentra for a great deal. After reading all these other reviews its as if people dont take into account the tax you pay on a car. Dont shop for something you cant afford and complain about it. Quality customer service highly recommend their serivice . It doesnt matter what your broke cousin told you about this place. Be polite, bring a solid downpayment for the car, be honest, and bring all documentation you will need.

If you are looking for a pre owned vehicle- GO TO AUTO PLAZA! The whole team at this place is PHENOMENAL. They have great customer service, are very straightforward and honest, and everything was just a breeze. I was helped directly by Walter, who was extremely informative, honest, and helpful throughout the search for the perfect car. It was definitely difficult to pick out a car because there were so many great, clean, affordable options!! I picked out a Nissan that was slightly out of my price range, so Walter really worked with me to get to a good price that was in my range. Walter also worked with me to get me approved for financing, with a great monthly payment and rate. I felt like Walter really ensured that the whole process went as smoothly as possible for me. The finance manager Mike was also extremely informative and helpful and went over every single detail of my purchase with me which made me feel very secure and confident about everything. On top of everything, before I left they did a full inspection of the car, changed my oil, fixed up the front brakes that they had noticed were a little loose, and they filled the gas tank. Aside from the amazing business aspect of Auto Plaza, the environment is just really comfortable. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating, they offered me coffee, water, tea, and even offered to buy me Subway because I was there for a few hours. I sat and chatted with Walter and Al while waiting for everything to be done with my car which was nice- overall I felt like they treated me as a friend rather than a customer which made the experience that much better. I will recommend Auto Plaza to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car. My experience there was truly great!!! Huge thank you to Auto Plaza and especially Walter for helping me find my perfect car. So I just bought a car from 112 Auto Plaza. Walter, Steve and Mike are great. Don’t go on the Internet! They just lie to you . I’ve also been to many other dealerships. All three men are absolutely honest and that’s the most important thing and rare. Just go down there physically. I know it’s a weird concept. That’s what you’re supposed to do! They will work with you. They were able to get me a car that I originally could not afford. It’s a beautiful 2012 Mazda 6. 73,000 miles. I took it to the mechanic. The mechanic told me it needed a few superficial things. They did it with no problem. I bought the car. I Took it to another mechanic and they said it’s looking great. I’m paranoid leave me alone. Now if this breaks down in three months and one day... I might have somewhat of a different review. No. Of course I’m kidding. Plus if you want, you can call them Jeff. All of them. They prefer it. “Thanks Jeff‘s!”
